Double room availiable - Heath, Cardiff - £380 all inclusive - from 31st June in Rhiwbina, Cardiff for sale

Hello. We have a double room going spare at the end of June/beginning of July 2013 in a quiet area in Cardiff. There are currently three guys living here. We are all very chilled out and easy going, into music, films, festivals, having a drink, lazing around and BBQs when the welsh weather lets us! The house is very nice with a garden, sun lounge, living room, decent kitchen, dining room, downstairs bedroom, three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. House also has a garage and driveway, also on street parking with permit. Very close to the Heath Hospital, on the doorstep of Heath Park, not too far from supermarkets, just round the corner from bus routes that go all over the place (and directly into the town center). We are preferably looking for someone to take on a 12 month contract, male or female who is also professional.
